Yoga and Pilates Retreat in Mexico

Renew Mind, Body, and Spirit in Las Alamandas
Join Michelle Gantz each Spring and Fall for invigorating Vinyasa yoga and Pilates. Come explore the natural dichotomies that make us the complex beings that we are. Experience how the focused control of Pilates and the expanding movements of yoga complement and harmonize each other.

Michelle will lead you through lengthening and mindful morning yoga classes rooted in the principles of Pilates. Afternoon classes will be focused on the stabilizing and strengthening exercises of Pilates, while maintaining the yogic attitude of mindfulness. This unique combination will leave you feeling toned, balanced and tuned in. And you’ll still have plenty of time to unfold in a hammock on the beach.
